Dental Patient Surveys
Patient Surveys, Suggestions box, Comment book and Focus Groups are methods that Active Dental uses to obtain patient’s feedback about their dental care. These methods play an important role in our clinical audit process as they offer a different perspective to measuring the quality of service we deliver. Most clinical audit methods are designed to measure specific clinical outcome, but feedback from patients measures the quality of satisfaction that has been experienced by users of our service.
By gathering both the positive and negative feed back from our patients, we can then analyze the results and modify or put into place changes that address any concerns or suggestions as raised by our patients and see what can be learnt. We share these results with the rest of our dental team for future development aspirations
Our policy is to ensure that any negative or common dissatisfaction feedback is dealt with in a responsive and common approach.
