Complaints Procedure

Within our dental practices we operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the N.H.S system for dealing with patient complaints. Our system meets the national criteria.

Our aim is to provide our patients with the highest standard of dental care in a professional, relaxed and carefully considered environment, so we take any complaints very seriously.

Should a patient make a complaint; we will deal with it promptly and courteously and will endeavor to resolve the matter as quickly as possible following the agreed procedure and wherever possible, to the satisfaction of the patient.
